Antik Dantel Headquarters
by: Zemberek Design
The building is divided into three floors, with functions of exhibition, office and leisure.
When you walk through door, you will see dark earth, warm yellow and dark lights, and a bright metal finish that is full of industrial style.
But if you go further, whole field of view is severely distorted. The abundance of natural light and lush plantings radiate vitality.
Walking down long corridor that looks like a sunny room, there is even a fresh feeling of being in future.
There is an exhibition area at end of corridor. The spaces are separated from each other, but extremely harmonious. How can one not be open for business negotiations in such an environment?
Retro elements connect vertical space, and there is no element that conveys a sense of sophistication more than a spiral staircase.
There is an open office area up to second floor. Immediately, it feels like a return to steampunk style of industrial age.
Combined with exposed concrete and a carbon steel metal frame, it creates a sense of atmosphere and open space.
The restaurant opens directly onto open courtyard, which is both spacious and has an idyllic poetic flair.

Bigwood Residence
This mansion is located in Sun Valley, an American ski resort. Covering an area of 603㎡, it has two floors. Here, industrial style also has different ways of presentation.
The lower part of structure of house is made of yellow concrete slabs, rest is made of steel and glass. When sense of space changes, mechanical elements are used flexibly.
Thanks to unique lighting, windows in platform area on second floor can be turned 90° using a lever mechanism.
The owner can control it indoors through hinge.
The interior almost reaches bottom, and distant snow scene can be seen in a panoramic view. There is a fireplace for warmth.
The divided dining table can be freely combined and transformed depending on the number of guests.
Other interiors are also dominated by log tones, harmonious and solid.
