When a pattern is repeated many times, it becomes stylized. The same is true for architectural design, because Zhou Zheng's open floor plan is too classic, but it can't stand out.
If you want to break a monotonous and boring stylized design, meaning of multipoint curves can have an unexpected effect.
Here are two examples of curve-inspired villas to see what a fluid architectural space is like?
01
Lux Mare
from: Atelier Mario Martins
The whole building is located by sea, with a two-story height and a snow-white facade that is very eye-catching.
The upper patio has a smooth, curved surface that is full of movement, like white clouds and waves.
The upper and lower floors are connected by an arched floor slab with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, while second floor forms an open geometric terrace.
Internal walls and floors are made of dark wood, while light furniture is chosen to emphasize fresh and natural atmosphere of space.
A chandelier in form of a floating cloud hangs above stairs, being an internal continuation of external curvilinear elements.
The bedroom and bathroom are also done in same pure white color scheme, which makes space more spacious.
The terrace is also an excellent platform for night vision. The artful layout allows architecture and nature to coexist harmoniously.

Indoor presentation
The second case is related to use of curvilinear design in interior. The design is inspired by curvilinear architectural hull of architectural design master Zaha Hadid.
The curve, as an important visual clue, passes through space, breaking law of symmetry and regularity and replacing it with a smooth, rhythmic and transparent spatial pattern.
The extension lines of stair steps are artfully connected to background wall to form a round tabletop, while porch and wine cabinet are also connected by a curved surface.
The style of background wall in living room breaks traditional flatness and expands feeling of space in living room with long curves.
Entering lounge area on second floor, semi-open dressing room is also composed of gentle curves. He looks new.
The master bedroom, dressing room and bathroom are controlled by a smooth and transparent flow. The layout is transparent and does not interfere with each other.
The highlight of a child's room is combination of colors, and bold combination of colors creates a lively and interesting basic style.
The elements of curve show more detail and become more regular and organized.
