Hotel A22
Latvia/Riga
CBP Design
The hotel has been converted from an old building. In 1930s, US Embassy in Latvia was located here, it is far from city center and at first glance seems unremarkable.
But after transforming design team, it has evolved into a sophisticated and innovative mixed arts palette.
Wooden wall paneling and furniture with curved lines not only show off richness of history, but also add a sense of elegance.
The concept of neoclassicism is reflected in design of rooms.
Soothing dark colors, luxurious textures and rich textures of marble, brass and wood, as well as a light and modern layout, break rigid stagnation of space.
Even an inconspicuous corner of room will withstand close examination and tasting.
White walls and ceilings, dark parquet floors and wood furnishings, and gray-veined marble surfaces create a subdued black and white backdrop of understated luxury.
Restrained and harmonious colors permeate entire interior, creating a sense of sophistication in every room.
Thanks to support of various color matching systems, retro tone of entire building remains unchanged, but creates a new feeling of lightness and fashion.
