1. Waterproof construction film standard for indoor decoration:

The surface of base layer, on which waterproofing layer is laid, must be free of dust and debris. 3. Design of waterproofing layer of coating
A. Detailed description of additional layer of waterproofing:
Roots of pipes, floor drains, yin and yang corners, and other parts that protrude from ground should be painted with a film waterproof material before painting a large area. The room temperature should be about 4 hours and then brush. second film waterproofing layer; after that, it is possible to cover a large area and build a waterproofing layer.
B. Building process standard for film coating and waterproofing layer
The surface of primed base coat should be free from defects such as scratches and bubbles. After 24 hours of curing, scrape off first coat and roll it to a height of 300mm. Application of second coat by brush: On cured coating, use a direction perpendicular to first coat to evenly brush surface of coating. Comb evenly without bubbles and so on.
For toilets with a shower, water resistance height must not be lower than 1.8 m.
In addition to scraping method above, you can also use a long roller brush in a direction perpendicular to each other and scrape three times to reach a thickness of 1.5mm. If conditions permit, you can also spray used.
The construction of internal waterproofing must be carried out in accordance with process standards, and technology and materials must be carefully disclosed. After completion of construction, it is necessary to conduct a water storage test for more than 24 hours and no leakage. should be observed.
2. Precautions for interior of a waterproof structure:
1. Construction should be stopped in windy, rainy weather and when temperature drops below 5°C.
2. After waterproofing of toilet is completed, waterproofing protective layer will be built immediately after passing acceptance.
3. If waterproofing layer is damaged, it should be repaired in time. The width of indenter during repair should be at least 150 mm.
4. Waterproof materials must be environmentally friendly materials.

Mistake 1. Before waterproofing, base layer was not completely wetted. The base layer is highly water absorbent and brushing is not smooth; waterproof layer after drying is prone to defects such as dusting, lack of strength and pinholes.
Mistake 2. When there is clear water on base, apply waterproofing. When there is pure water in base coat, it dilutes waterproof slurry, resulting in uneven emulsion application and whitening of surface.
Error 3. The waterproof mortar is applied too thickly. If paint is too thick at one time, internal slurry does not dry out after a film forms on surface, resulting in cracking. The material accumulated in inner corner, which led to too thick coating and cracking of the waterproofing layer.
Error 4. The moisture protection layer is not protected, and cross structure will subsequently be damaged. The waterproof slurry is not used as a protective layer, and later transverse design will cause damage, causing waterproof layer to fail.
Error 5. Perform a closed water test before waterproof layer has cured. When waterproof suspension does not solidify, waterproof layer is still in reaction stage. Putting it in clean water for confined water testing will destroy waterproof layer and easily cause the waterproof layer to peel off and fall off.
Mistake 6. Add water and other substances to waterproof mixture. The proportion of water-resistant suspension has been strictly tested. Adding water and other substances will completely change proportion of product, quality cannot be guaranteed, and water-repellent effect will be reduced.
Error 7. The waterproof layer was leaking. The waterproof mortar is applied unevenly and does not cover all bases to be built, cannot form an overall waterproofing layer, and unpainted areas are prone to leaks.
Error 8, Nozzle, inner corners and other parts are not painted arc corners. Internal corners and spigots are important points for waterproofing. If corners are not rounded, stress concentration is easily formed, causing cracking of waterproofing layer and water leakage.
