No one would mind saying that kitchen is focus of a hardcover inspection. First of all, frequency of use is high, and water and electricity are included, all of which are key. The cost of a fine kitchen finish can be 30-50% of total cost of entire house, and every square meter is money.
Kitchen acceptance
What aspects should be checked and accepted after kitchen is installed, what are reference standards and should you look for a third party? Let's clear this up in three steps.
1. Basic Acceptance
Wall inspection: due to different batches of kitchen tiles, there may be color differences. Focus on whether it's cracked or hollow. If there is a "dondong" sound, it means there is a problem.
Checking water and electricity: The drainage floor in kitchen should have a certain slope so that water does not accumulate on floor. Use a charged pen to check if socket is OK and check if all electrical appliances can be used normally. Is water flowing from faucet. Make sure top water has enough water pressure, bottom water is smooth and there are no leaks.
Water and electricity acceptance
Ventilation and smoke extraction detection: if ventilation window is too small, diameter of smoke exhaust opening must be at least 15 cm.
2. Acceptance of materials and workmanship
Ceiling Acceptance: The net height of kitchen must be at least 2.2 meters, and materials used must comply with fire safety and moisture resistance requirements. There are no cracks or broken corners. The location of internal piping of false ceiling must be reasonable, there must be no water leakage or smoke.
Acceptance of cabinet hardware: whether height of cabinets and countertops can be used conveniently. Check for deformation, air bubbles, etc. in housing. Whether drawers close smoothly, and whether key parts such as faucets, drawer hinges and rails are in place, waterproof and moisture-proof. Make sure equipment opens smoothly and with low noise.
Cabinet Acceptance
Three Key Directions for Adoption
① Dishwasher: It is necessary to separate wires with a diameter of more than 1.5 square meters and install a ground wire of a single-phase 10A three-hole socket.
②Disinfection cabinet: 10A rated socket, 7 meters power cord, maximum distance between socket and disinfection cabinet should not exceed 1.5 meters.
③Steam chamber: wires with a diameter of more than 2.5 square meters must be connected separately, a 10A socket for a 26L steam chamber (a 39L steam chamber such as SCD39-Z1 requires a 16A single-phase three-hole socket), and power cord Length 1.5 meters.
④Microwave: wires with a diameter of more than 2.5 square meters. left corner of rear fuselage.
⑤Oven: wires with a diameter of more than 2.5 square meters must be placed separately. If not connected separately, must be located at least 4 square meters or more. Socket specification: 16A socket with three holes; length of power cord is 1.5 meters.
⑥Induction Cooker: The single eye induction cooker only uses a socket above 10A, and socket must have good contact and cannot be shared with other electrical appliances; double eye induction cooker should only use 16A socket, and cross section of copper core wire leading into socket is ≥ 1.5 square millimeters, can not share socket with other electrical appliances.
