I bought this house many years ago and spent all my savings, but family really wanted to move, so walls were painted in a hurry, and even floor was covered with floor leather, which can be said to be in poor condition. I came in, saved up money for years, and finally decided to renovate house. The contrast between before and after is too obvious. The old man in family couldn't stop smiling when he moved in. Several bedrooms, with an attic, a bathroom and a kitchen are only ones that are tiled, otherwise it is really impossible to live.

The lighting is fine, but it looks a bit rough.

The terrace is also littered with garbage, and house urgently needs repairs. Next, we put effect immediately after repair.

This is a living room that has been repainted with a gray latex paint on top and a back wall with Scandinavian-inspired wallcoverings.

The furniture is replaced with new ones such as sofas, coffee tables, dining tables and chairs, and floor is covered with wooden floors that feel much better than previous leather floor, soft and comfortable.

During modification, some spaces were also opened up, for example, between dining room and living room, to make it look more spacious. Before, I just knew that house is spacious and area is not bad, but it makes more visual sense after installation.

The shoe cabinet at front door is almost entire wall. The family is large. In fact, over years there are a lot of things left, and before they were scattered everywhere, so it seems that house is getting smaller and smaller.

There is also a glass sliding door between dining room and kitchen, so that lighting of dining room and kitchen, as well as living room, makes room more light and airy.

Using stairwell, an entire wall of bookcases was directly remodeled and tatami mats were built under stairs. This is a very comfortable reading area. Even if relatives come, it can also be used as a guest bedroom, which is super practical.

The two bathrooms are separated wet and dry and both have separate shower areas. I love this toilet.

The other bathroom even has a wall mounted cabinet, storage is very powerful and the storage space is really not a concern.

There is also a bedroom upstairs. Although height of floor is not high enough, even a 1.8 meter tall person will not look short.

The children's room is relatively simple, but home textiles are also very simple and warm.

The custom-made oversized cabinets in kitchen are also blue, with white tile and quartz stone countertops, solid and beautiful.

There is also a tea room with a tatami mat on a small balcony, which offers a good view. I never thought that in house where I have been living for several years, there could be such a high-quality and atmospheric functional room.

The parents' room is also specially equipped with a TV. They usually like to watch news. I can't stop laughing when I say this is their room, I don't want to say anything, I'm busy moving!
