I bought a small penthouse with an area of 36 square meters after much deliberation. There is no elevator, and there are six floors to top. I still have small complaints about climbing stairs. Most importantly, apartment has a sloping roof, 3.5 m high. The entire layout is open, and LOFT compartment is built like a bedroom. The small one-bedroom apartment is very spacious, and when completed, it is posted online. It became popular, and was even called the network red house!

All walls that could be destroyed in house were destroyed, and dining room faces directly to door, leaving only partition between two rooms, which is a single brick wall, painted white, very artistic.

The top surface is a sloping roof, and ceiling light is a kind of industrial-style light bulb. It hangs down and serves as a restaurant light, which creates a special atmosphere. Dining tables and chairs are simple in style, but color combination is very harmonious.

The partition of dining room and living room goes directly to roof of building. All walls are painted white and partition is also white. Almost all of them are black and white. It's very classic and looks great.

A white writing desk is positioned by window in living room to create a simple workspace that is quiet and elegant.

The wall between dining room and living room is background wall for TV. The living room, small and refined, has a set of gray double sofas. On side there is a side cabinet for books. living room can also be used as a small reading area.

To right of entrance, a black forged steel style LOFT has been built, and a separate dressing room is separated by a white gas curtain below it.

Here is overall effect of built LOFT. After construction, it was covered with a wooden floor, and a simple hanger was installed near bed, which is very convenient for everyday use.

This is bedroom space. The bed is not made to order, but assembled directly from wooden frame of container and laid down with soft pillows. This bed looks great and is very comfortable.

This is bathroom and it also has black and white tiles and fittings. The wall tiles are all white, floor is also in a classic black and white checkerboard style, heater and storage ladder are all black, and even color of bathtub is no exception. It all looks like home of an internet celebrity!
