Don't underestimate LOFT. My cousin bought a small LOFT apartment 6 meters high as a wedding room. I heard that area is only 39 square meters, and I really thought it was quite dilapidated, but when it was after renovation, general space is fully built, height is sufficient, key usable area is doubled, ceiling is large, not to mention that I really think it's a big jump and decoration is trendy nordic retro, more you look at it, more you envy it!
The entire first floor is living room, hallway, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The entrance is a staircase leading to a door. The stair wall is used directly as a TV background wall, which is rather unusual.
This is living room space. The middle is almost hollowed out. The entire living room is a ceiling height of 6 meters.
This is overall effect of living room. The stairwell is used as a back wall for TV, but other side walls are more elaborate. The background wall is decorated with stucco lines in middle, and top and bottom storage cabinets are built on both sides. The storage in living room is everything.
The sofa is placed directly on Scandinavian fabric sofa, back is not adjacent to wall, and glass sliding doors of lounge and kitchen are used directly as a background wall. Obviously, this is a dark room, but it looks spacious and light.
The other wall is restaurant area, which is more emotional. This is a stainless steel bar table with two high stools. This restaurant is warm and romantic, full of atmosphere!
The kitchen is a square space. L-shaped black overall cabinets are installed. In general, very textured. The black, white and gray color scheme makes whole kitchen very neat and high quality, and it looks quite upscale. end.
The space on top floor consists directly of two rooms + a bathroom with a bed in middle and a separate dressing room behind front balcony with ample storage space.
The bedside background is still a small workbench. Not only is there a small walk-in closet outside, but there are multiple walk-in closets inside as well. Doesn't a small apartment just need storage space?
The study is also very spacious, a flat rectangular space with a separate upstairs bathroom on this side. The whole wall of gray cabinets. The bookcase is also made open for convenience of opening door after door. The collection of books is really rich.
This is overall effect of study, which is quite spacious, and atmosphere for office and study is quite calm. If you were to change a two bedroom home of over 80 square meters and a LOFT of 39 square meters, you would really choose this home without hesitation. How would you choose?
