The new house I bought was 85 m2 with two bedrooms and one bathroom. In a new house for a family of five, two rooms were really not enough. I bought mini furniture for small apartments. My family members are very satisfied with work done. The neighbors came to visit after installation. The areas of apartments are very different. I thought I was confused when buying a house, so I kept asking if our house gave us a few more square meters. Show everyone!
Even though there is a small entrance, bathroom is on left and dining room is inside after entrance. The simple white dining table and chairs and side cabinets feel a little cramped, and designer even made one on wall inside. I bought a shallow built-in wardrobe and wrapped all electric doors in it, which looks a lot more practical.
Passing through dining room, you find yourself in living room. There is no balcony. Sofas are all beige, covered with fabric, relatively small. To match them, I bought a deck chair on side.
The telewall is made of drywall, with European-style wallpaper and a circle of light stripes around it. Overall looks very expanding. With light latex paint on surface and floor, it's really close to neighbors. The house looks bigger.
The kitchen is relatively small, with a set of monotonous overall cabinets, storage space is quite roomy, high-quality gray tiles on wall and floor, a small balcony outside, very bright.
This is a balcony outside kitchen. The small balcony is just right for washing and drying.
Even though it has been converted into three rooms, several rooms are relatively small and master bedroom is not spacious with a wide bay window, interior lighting is also very bright. The bedside background is decorated with expensive and fashionable wallpaper, although the room is compact, it looks very expensive and atmospheric.
This is second bedroom, and bedside table cannot be placed, which is standard bed and wardrobe configuration, just right for parents to stay.
The children's room is also small, whole wall is covered with cartoon wallpaper, white children's bed matches bed linen, whole children's room looks very energetic, effect is good.
The bathroom is a long striped space and no changes have been made to drain, so bathroom layout is based on original drain. Glass sliding doors or showers cannot be installed, and shower curtains can only be installed later to separate dry and wet. Didn't expect small 85㎡ to be divided into 3 rooms, no wonder neighbors think so!
