For a new two-bedroom house of 96 sq.m, my husband insists on a study, and usable area is only 70 sq.m. they offered to expand balcony and immediately convert it into an office. They turned it into 3 bedrooms and it's awesome!
The dining room is located on right side of entrance. The dining table and chairs are very beautiful. They were ordered online. Places are a bit small. Shoe cabinet not yet entered. It is reflective and shiny, and it can also visually see that space is larger.
Looking at entrance and dining area from living room, lighting isn't too dim and shared ceiling is connected, which is very atmospheric.
The living room is next to dining room. Since balcony is partially extended, living room is much smaller. There is a small double sofa, which is quite elegant and fashionable.
The balcony outside of living room is a study that is separated by glass sliding doors, which not only allows for natural light but also provides a peaceful environment that should be in an office.
The office is small, with a range of bookcases and side cabinets that can store a lot of items. The table is set by window, so light and view are good.
The color scheme of master bedroom is bright and elegant, with a green and white checkered backdrop, green patterned curtains, a wrought iron American bed, goose yellow walls and a bit of forest greenery.
Sacrifice one side of bedside table to fit a small, sophisticated dressing table, which is practical.
The second bedroom is a nursery, it has a bay window, which is also a smaller iron bed, bay window serves as a bedside table.
The bathroom sink is outside so you don't have to go into bathroom to wash your hands. The overhead washbasin chosen for washbasin is a bit small in size, but still comfortable.
