There are also lockers on balcony where clothes can be put away immediately after drying, which is more convenient.

The washing machine is on other side of balcony. There is no ready-made laundry table with a one-piece compartment for washing machine. The size of finished laundry companion is too wide, and there is not enough space for washing machine, so it feels a little cramped.
